COMMERCIAL DESIGN
This project required the architectural design and space planning of a two-story mixed use office building with retail, restaurant, and office space. An open floor plan, central lobby, and natural materials were chosen to create a contemporary design. AutoCad was used to create floor plans, elevations, and sections.
COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
This project required the creation of construction documents for a two-story mixed-use office building with retail, restaurant, and office space. AutoCAD was used to create HVAC and lighting plans. Acoustical ceiling panels were used to provide light reflectance, reducing light fixtures. A pattern of mineral fiber and wooden panels provide sound absorbtion and sound blocking to create quiet spaces. The use of recessed lighting and wall sconces bring balance and functionality to the lighting.
