This project required the architectural design and space planning of a two-story, three bedroom residence with an attached two car garage. A traditional floor plan, understated color scheme, and natural materials were chosen to demonstrate a traditional design concept. AutoCad was used to create plans, exterior elevations, and sections.

This project required the architectural design and space planning of a single-story, three bedroom residence with a detached two car garage. The design elements used to create a contemporary style include an open floor plan, many windows, and contemporary style furniture. Revit was used to create plans, elevations, and renderings.

Designed for wheel chair accessibility, this plan incorporates large, open spaces, a Master Suite on the first floor, and an open kitchen design, which flows into a spacious great room. Natural materilas were chosen to embody a sustainable design concept. Revit was used to create plans, elevations, and renderings.

This project required the creation of construction documents for a single story single family residence with full basement and two car garage. Revit was used to create 3d model, Roof, Floor and Wall Framing Plans, and Foundation Plan.
